Order & Refund Policy
Because we prepare fresh food and beverage items, all sales are generally final once an order has been prepared and picked up. Prepared food cannot be returned for resale or reuse.
Issues With Your Order
If there is an issue with your order, such as missing items, incorrect items, damaged packaging, or a quality concern, please contact the restaurant(s) as soon as possible on the same day of purchase. The restaurant(s) may ask for your order number, phone number on the order, receipt, photos, or a description of the issue so they can review the request.
Refunds & Adjustments
Refunds, replacements, remakes, credits, or adjustments may be issued on a case-by-case basis at the restaurant's discretion. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations may only be accepted before the restaurant begins preparing the order. Once preparation has started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Pickup Orders
For pickup orders, customers are responsible for picking up the order at the selected time. We are not responsible for food quality issues caused by late pickup.
